Glauk Konjufca, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, met today with his Swiss counterpart, Ignazio Cassis, who is in Kosovo on an official visit.
The talks were held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora in Pristina during Cassis’s visit. He also chairs the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).

Expected topics of discussion included relations between Kosovo and Switzerland, cooperation between the two countries, and other matters of mutual interest.
Switzerland is among Kosovo’s important partners. Over the years, the two countries have built close political, economic and diplomatic ties, with the Albanian diaspora in Switzerland serving as an important bridge.
At the end of the meeting, Konjufca and Cassis are expected to hold a joint press conference to share details of their talks and comment on developments in relations between the two countries.
